Chocolate Mousse – The Easiest Keto Dessert Ever!

One issue with the keto diet is missing out on dessert. Or if someone wants to make a low carb dessert, they have to go buy 50 things at the grocery store. Well not for this chocolate mousse. It is the easiest dessert you will ever make in your life.

In order to make this you are going to need some sugar free chocolate pudding. We recommend the Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding (There are affiliate links in this recipe. If you order through I will be paid a small commission. This is at no extra cost to you.) The reason why is it contains five carbs per serving instead of eight. That’s a big difference when you are making this dessert.

We prefer to use a Ninja Master Prep to make this as it makes it very easy to mix up the mousse and you can also use the smaller pitcher it comes with to store the mousse in the refrigerator.

This is so simple. You are making instant pudding, but replacing the milk with heavy whipping cream. It’s as simple as that.

Keto Chocolate Mousse
This creates four servings that contains between 5 and 10 carbs per serving, depending on how many carbs are in your heavy whipping cream.

    1. Empty the contents of the pudding mix package into a mixer (we prefer the Ninja Master Prep).
    2. Add the two cups of heavy whipping cream.
    3. Mix the pudding mix and heavy whipping cream.
    4. Refrigerate for as long as desired. It will already be cool enough for some right away.
    5. Put in a bowl and top with Reddi-Whip.
    6. Enjoy!
